The responsibilities of the Building & Grounds Ministry are:

• Oversee routine maintenance of the church building and grounds
• Schedule mowing, snow removal, landscaping
• Maintain and purchase supplies for the baptistry
• Evaluate ongoing maintenance and changing needs of the church building
• Work with custodian, procuring supplies for their use
• Schedule professional jobs
• Responsible for purchasing supplies for the kitchen and upkeep
• Coordinate "work parties" of the members of the congregation for building maintenance
• Make financial requests to the Servant Leaders for major repairs
• Develop yearly budget for building repair and maintenance
