The women of Mechanicsburg Christian Church welcomes you to our site. We are excited about ministry for the Lord Jesus Christ and are striving to do everything with excellence. We believe that God has put us together in this place to involve as many women as possible in service to Him. Please look at all that we are doing and find at least one area that you can be a part of. Our hope is that we will get to know you better as we all serve our Lord in a powerful way. The responsibilities of the Women's Ministry are:

• Bring the women of the church closer to God
• Shalom - this is an outreach for the Lebanon area, providing meals for the less fortunate
• Help in the support of the Crisis Pregnancy Center in Lebanon
• Organize fundraisers for the Relay for Life program in Lebanon, as well as to organize walkers for the annual event
• Food, Fellowship & Prayer Bible Study held Wednesday evenings at the church

GARAGE SALE

Thanks to all who made donations to and helped with the garage sale in May.  The Women's Ministry made $604.70 (after expenses).  We donated the small baby clothes, crib bedding and maternity clothes to the Crisis Pregnancy Center and the other unsold items were taken to GoodWill.

SHALOM

We will continue to serve meals at Shalom House on Tuesday nights, as long as we have the funds and volunteers to do so.  There is a sign-up sheet to volunteer, as well as a drop-box for donations, in the Fellowship Hall.  Pray for this outreach ministry in our community.
